hallo, ihr lieben! damit wir uns bezüglich 7stern leichter tun schreibe ich mal ein paar entwurfszeilen Antrag an die BesitzerInnen des Cafe 7stern (stadtleitung oder buvo) Mediation zu den Kündigungen im 7Stern Die ausgesprochen Kündigungen gegen 2 MitarbeiterInnen des Cafe 7Stern haben durch die Art und Weise die 2 GenossInnen sehr verletzt und eine sympatisierende Öffentlichlichkeit wieder einmal gegen die KPÖ aufgebracht. Boykottaufrufe von Gruzppen bzw. weitere Austritte werden die Folge sein. Wir stellen daher den Antrag, die Kündigungen zurückzunehmen und ein moderiertes Gespräch zwischen der Geschäftsführung und den Entlassenen zu organisieren, dessen Ergebnis offen ist. Stellungnahme der GO Dogma zu den Kündigungen im 7Stern Seit Jahren gibt es Kritik an der Geschäftsführung des 7Sterns, vor allem an der Führung und dem Führungsstil von Waltraut Stiefsohn. Seit Jahren gibts auch die mehrheitlich kopfschüttelnd aber zustimmende Haltung "Naja, die Waltraut". Als GästIn des 7Sterns oder als sporadisch VeranstaltendE hatte man damit umgehen können, als Angestellte war dies bedeutend schwieriger. Wir wollen uns aber auch nicht mit betrieblichen Belangen beschäftigen, sondern um die Art und Weise der ausgesprochenen Kündigungen. Nicht der Geist von Porto Allegre sondern einer von Continental dürfte Waltraut Stiefsohn und ihrem Nachfolger Günther Hopfgartner Pate gestanden haben, als sie völlig überraschend die Kündigung für Flo und Doris aussprachen. Die Generalargumentation, in einem Betrieb herrschten andere Gesetze als in der Politik, stellt die Existenz der KPÖ und ihre Programmatik in Frage. Eine 2 wöchige Kündigungsfrist und sofortige Freistellung mündlich bei einer MitarbeiterInnenbesprechung verlautbart ist der äußerste juridische Rand, jemseits von bürgerlicher Höflichkeit und weit entfernt von kommunistischer Redlichkeit und Solidarität. Flo und Doris haben nichts verbrochen, waren gute KellnerInnen und beliebt bei allen Gästen, die letzte öffentliche Repräsentanz der KPÖ im 7Stern und haben sich diese Behandlung nicht verdient. Wir fordern die Geschäftsführung des 7Sterns auf, sich bei den beiden zu entschuldigen und Wege zu suchen, eine einvernehmliche Einigung in dem Konflikt zu finden.

Hi, nochmal: finde die Stellungnahme recht ok. hab noch ein paar Sätze eingefügt und korrigiert. Bin dafür sie als Go Dogma an die Stadtleitung zu schicken. Auch Buvo macht vielleicht einen Sinn, müsste man entsprechend im Text austauschen. Gestern haben wir besprochen, dass wir per Email beschließen, ob wir den Antrag abschicken. Unserem Wissenstand zufolge forderten sie in jüngsten Kontroversen im 7Stern eine Moderation durch eineN nicht arbeitsmäßig involvierte Genossin oder Genossen. War damit dermaßen zuviel verlangt, sodass die moralischen Sicherungskästchen geschäftsführender AktivistInnen einfach durchbrennen mussten? Unserer Meinung nach schmeißt man verlässliche GenossInnen nicht auf die Straße, wenn sie moderierte Mitsprache an ihrem Arbeitsplatz einfordern. Notwendig ist diese Demo, weil die neue Regierung keine Anstalten macht, die schwarz-blau-orangenen Gesetze rückgängig zu machen.
