Gedenkzeichen für Käthe Leichter in Wien AK würdigt Kämpferin für Gleichberechtigung mit Kunstwerk von Ingeborg Kumpfmüller - Enthüllung am 22. Mai Wien - Käthe Leichter, von den Nationalsozialisten 1942 ermordet, war herausragend als Wissenschafterin, Vorkämpferin der Gleichberechtigung der Frauen, engagierte Sozialistin und als mutige Kämpferin gegen den Faschismus. Mit einem neuen von der Künstlerin Ingeborg Kumpfmüller gestalteten Gedenkzeichen an der Fassade des Hauses, in dem sich Leichters Büro befand, möchte die AK Wien auch im öffentlichen Raum an Leichters Engagement für berufstätige Frauen erinnern.
