als wir am sonntag kurz ueber das wertgesetz und dessen aufhebung diskutiert haben, haben wir zwar schon gewusst, was das wertgesetz ist, aber die problematik ist genau diese: wie kommen wir zur aufhebung desselben ? - die kommunistische gesellschaft ist naemlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in ihr selbiges keine wirksamkeit mehr entfaltet.
ein voluntaristischer akt, etwa die erklaerung, dass das wertgesetz mit sofortiger wirkung aufgehoben sei funktioniert nicht, da hast du ganz recht, und auch immaterielle gueter sind waren, weil die ware nicht einfach als solche eine ist, sondern weil sie ein soziales verhaeltnis ausdrueckt. solange also soziale verhaeltnisse sich dadurch ausdruecken/manifestieren, dass sie waren produzieren, gilt auch das wertgesetz. und genau deshalb ist wohnen eine ware, ist wasser eine ware und auch der mensch eine ware und die arbeitskraft sowieso: das ist DIE ware schlechthin. ich hab aber keine ahnung, wie das geaendert werden koennte, solange die uebergrosse mehrheit der menschheit taeglich dieses soziale verhaeltnis zu reproduzieren gezwungen ist!?
aber danke, dass du dir die muehe gemacht hast, licht in die sache zu bringen.

p.s. im uebrigen ist die marx'sche definition des werts so ziemlich die genaueste, die man/frau derzeit ueberhaupt haben kann ;-)!

(A.a.O., S. 54) Aus dem Zusammenhang von Produktivkraft und Wert ergibt sich das
Wertgesetz. Lässt man einmal das Schwanken der tatsächlichen Preise um ihren Wert außer acht, dann kann das Wertgesetz rein formuliert werden. Es ist eines der grundlegenden Gesetze dieser Produktionsweise. In seiner klassischen Formulierung durch Marx lautet es:
"Je größer die Produktivkraft der Arbeit, desto kleiner die zur
Herstellung eines Artikels erheischte Arbeitszeit, desto kleiner die in ihm kristallisierte Arbeitsmasse, desto kleiner sein Wert. Umgekehrt, je kleiner die Produktivkraft der Arbeit, desto größer die zur Herstellung eines Artikels notwendige Arbeitszeit, desto größer sein Wert." (A.a.O., S. 55)
fuer mich stellt sich das so dar: das "wertgesetz" ist also kein gesetzt im eigentlichen sinne sondern eher eine definition. "wert" ist ja kein besonders genau definierter begriff aber durch obige definition wirt bestimmt was wir mit "wert" meinen. (die im produkt enthaltene arbeitszeit)
damit kann man das "wertgesetz" aber nicht so einfach aufheben. man kann entweder:
a.) andere definitionen von "wert" verwenden und damit eine andere oekonomische schule begruenden. was natuerlich nichts an der realitaet aendert sondern nur an der art wie wir sie beschreiben.
b.) man kann beschliessen dass man in der wirtschaftspolitik keine ruecksicht mehr auf die in den produkten enthaltene arbeitszeit nehmen will. was die definition natuerlich nicht aufhebt aber irrelevant macht. oder damit verwandt:
c.) in bereichen extrem hoher produktivitaet (z.b. wirtschaft mit immateriellen guetern die sich beliebig oft reproduzieren lassen.) ist die defintion (zumindest in der form) ohnehin irrelevant.. das gesetz
ist aber damit auch nicht "aufgehoben".
vielleicht bringen diese gedanken die ganze diskussion einwenig weiter..

nein. so war es eigentlich nicht gemeint. "ein gesetzt das eine wirkung hat" waere so ein gesetz der form:
wenn A passiert dann passiert auch B.
aber dieses wert"gesetz" ist ja wie ich meine kein gesetzt sondern eine defintion:
wir bezeichnen mit A die eigenschaft B von C.
hier halt: "wert" bezeichnet die in einem produkt enthaltene menschliche arbeitszeit.
das ist kein gesetz dass ursachen und wirkungen miteinaner verbindet sondern eines eine begriffsdefinition.
die gesetze die ursache und wirkung haben fangen dann erst an wenn man ausgehend von obiger definition beginnt wirtschaftspolitische entscheidungen zu treffen. wie z.b.:
wir versuchen den wert von dingen moeglichst niedrig zu halten in dem wir die produktivitaet erhoehen um nicht sinnlos menschliche arbeitskraft zu verschwenden...
oder aehnliche oder auch ganz andere politiken... die sich aber letzlich auch mit anderen als der obigen definition formulieren lassen wuerden.
p.s. im uebrigen ist die marx'sche definition des werts so ziemlich die genaueste, die man/frau derzeit ueberhaupt haben kann ;-)!
definitionen sind letztlich willkuerlich.. eine definition kann sinnvoll sein oder nicht. die definition ist fuer kommunistInnen natuerlich sinnvoll weil fuer uns die menschliche arbeitskraft und ihre ausbaeutung im mittelpunkt aller betrachtungen steht.
