Der Reale Sozialismus: Eine verkehrte Kapitalismuskritik, die mit dem Ende der SU nicht abgedankt hat.
Der "real existierende Sozialismus" ist zusammengebrochen bzw. hat sich selber abgeschafft. Diese Tatsache wird gerne genutzt, um jede Kritik an der marktwirtschaftlichen Ordnung als unrealistische Träumerei abzutun, und damit auch jedes Konzept, das eine gemeinschaftlich und planmäßig organisierte Ökonomie dem Kapitalismus entgegenstellen will.
Die gängigen Erklärungen, weshalb die Sowjetunion ihren ökonomischen Niedergang erleben musste, kümmern sich um die Funktionsweise dieser Wirtschaftsweise wenig. Die ökonomischen Methoden des Realsozialismus werden entweder bloß als Abweichungen vom kapitalistischen Normalgang bestimmt (der sowieso naturgegeben sei) oder es wird gegen die Planwirtschaft eine kooperationsunfähige Menschennatur ins Feld geführt, die angeblich nur dann zum Zusammenarbeitenen mit anderen taugt, wenn staatliche Gewalt und wirtschaftliche Existenzangst ihr so richtig Beine machen.
Wir wollen uns genauer mit der Frage beschäftigen, wie es eigentlich zuging in der Sowjet-Wirtschaft:
- Wie lief die wirtschaftliche Planung ab? - Welche Probleme traten dabei auf? - Welche Rolle spielten dabei Geld, Preise und der sozialistische Markt? - Wie kamen die Realsozialisten eigentlich darauf, ihre Planwirtschaft so aufzuziehen?
